Andrei Pitiș

Andrei Pitis is a tech entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience in the software industry across Europe and the United States, with several successful international exits. He is currently Co-Founder and CEO of Genezio, an independent platform focused on optimizing and evaluating AI-driven chatbots, and Co-Founder and Chairman of Pentest-Tools.com, a cybersecurity platform used globally by security professionals. In 2019, he founded Simple Capital, a private investment vehicle supporting technology startups with global growth ambitions, now investing in over 25 companies.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Andrei has played an active role in developing Romania’s tech ecosystem. He co-founded Innovation Labs in 2012, a national program helping students build technology startups, and TechAngels, the first business angel network in Romania. He has also served two consecutive terms as President of ANIS, the Romanian software industry association.

Earlier in his career, he founded and exited Vector Watch, later joining Fitbit as VP Product and Head of European Development Centers. A graduate of the Politehnica University of Bucharest, Faculty of Computer Science, he has remained an active entrepreneur, investor, and mentor throughout his career.
